Weight Loss Definitions, Terms and Acronyms:- Soluble fiber food sources - include legumes, (peas, soybeans, and other beans), oats, some fruits (esp. apples, bananas) and berries, certain vegetables (esp. broccoli and carrots), root vegetables (e.g., potatoes and yams, but the skins are insoluble fiber), and psyllium seed.
